About Us

Equilibrium Centre Limited has been created by Eric and Jane Royle, as a company committed to developing and distributing expertly created self-help relaxation therapy, meditation and self-hypnosis multimedia products to benefit all.

The relaxation, meditation and self-hypnosis scripts have been created by Dr Jane Royle, who is an expert, UK trained professional Consultant Clinical Health Psychologist, and Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist. The production and editing is organised by Eric Royle, who has worked for many years in the BBC and ITV in the UK.  A family business, the music for the DVDs and downloads has been created by Chris Royle, and all graphic design created by Sarah Diana.

These DVDs and downloads are for universal use. They have been written for self-help purposes, and are created with reference to the most up-to-date research about helpful and effective approaches. They are drawn from many years of clinical experience, and with feedback from service users and patient reference groups. They can be used in a range of settings and for a variety of purposes, as detailed below.
