Using your DVD

Follow this guidance to make the most out of your relaxation, meditation and self-hypnosis experience!


Practise the techniques regularly

Allow plenty of time (20 to 30 minutes)

Choose a time and place when you will not be interrupted

Turn off your various phones



                                                                        Think about the environment 

                                                                          Control the lighting in the room

                                                                               Close the curtains or blinds

                                              Make sure you feel comfortable with the heating

                                   Light a candle or use another relaxing source of aroma


Research has shown that there is a strong link between our sense of smell and learning - if you use the same scent each time you practice the techniques you will learn them much more quickly!


    Think about your comfort 

    Find a comfortable position - sitting or lying down

    Make sure your neck and back are properly supported

                                   Close your eyes or focus on one point ahead of you
