Distance selling regulations state that any item purchased online must be allowed a 7 day "cooling off" period.  This only applies where the DVDs remain sealed.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer a 14 day "cooling off period", providing the DVDs remain unused in their original sealed packaging.
